We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or purchase a subscription. We also collect technical information including IP addresses, browser type, and usage data through standard server logs and analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send security reports and notifications, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Scan results and reports are retained for the period defined by your subscription tier. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@axveil.com.
Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing (PCI DSS compliant), Google OAuth for authentication, and standard cloud infrastructure. Each third party is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023 & GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Indian residents have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. To exercise any right, contact privacy@axveil.com.
