Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AxVeil you agree to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Permitted Use
Our scanning and penetration testing services may only be used against systems you own or have explicit written authorisation to test. Unauthorised scanning is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under the IT Act 2000 (India) and equivalent legislation.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Limitation of Liability
AxVeil’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All scan reports, findings, and documentation generated by our platform remain your property. Our software, algorithms, and platform remain the property of AxVeil LLP.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
